We manage homes all along the Costa Blanca from our office in Puerto Campomanes. If your home is further afield, tell us where: we look at every case.
Tourist licence
We don't process it. We help you get it clear.
To rent by the night, the home has to be registered as a tourist home in the Valencian Community. We don't handle the paperwork, but we advise you on what you need and in what order before you start.

What owners ask us
How much do you charge?
A percentage of what your home earns, which we confirm in your valuation. No set-up fee, no upfront payments and no fixed costs: if your home earns nothing, we charge nothing.
Who receives the booking money?
You do. Airbnb and Booking pay you directly. On the 1st of each month we send you a detailed statement and collect our fee by direct debit, with an invoice.
Who pays for cleaning?
The guest, as part of the booking. It is invoiced to you in the monthly statement or directly by the cleaning team.
Do I already need a tourist licence?
To rent to tourists the home needs its licence. We do not process it, but we advise you on what you need and how to get it before starting.
Can I use my home whenever I want?
Yes. Tell us the dates and we block them on every channel.
I already have an Airbnb listing. Can you manage it?
Yes. We can work on your existing listing so you keep its reviews.
